GOLF PACKAGE PRICES:

Let’s Go Golf Trips golf package pricing includes everything you’ll need to enjoy your golf trip and is inclusive of lodging, resort fees, green fees, carts, taxes and a non-refundable $50 processing fee.  Any additional services or amenities will be noted in proposals and final reservations.

Upon booking a golf package there is a $100.00 per golfer deposit required which includes the non-refundable $50 processing fee.  Final balances are due 40 days prior to travel. On occasion, lodging vendors may require a higher deposit (often non-refundable) and will be outlined in the golf package proposal and reservation. When booking inside of 40 days the entire golf package price is due in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Let’s Go Golf Trips must receive all cancellations in writing. Cancellations include cancelling players from the package or cancelling the entire package. Refunds will be returned to the golfer(s) after receipt of all vendor refunds. The following cancellation fees apply to all cancellation refund request:

  • Prior to final payment no cancellation fees, unless vendors have non-refundable fees at booking; Upon booking a golf package there is a non-refundable Booking Fee of $50.00 per golfer.
  • Upon final payment and prior to 7 days out – A Cancellation Fee of $100.00 per golfer will be charged and deducted from the refund.  Also, if a cancelling golfer booked a package where he shares a room, condominium or house, there is no refund for their portion of the lodging, unless a replacement golfer is added to the package;
  • 7 days and less – A cancellation Fee of $200 per golfer will charged.  Also, NO refund for golf fees unless refunded by golf courses. Lodging refunds are subject to the lodging property cancellation policy, they normally require 24 -72 hour advance notice for full refund and this varies by property and may incur a charge for one night’s stay in addition to the above fees.
  • In the event a golf course closes due to inclement weather, please present your voucher for signature to the appropriate golf course staff for an adjusted refund. Rain is not a course closure. Only the pro shop can authorize rain-outs.

CHANGES:
Changes made to existing reservations inside of 40 days are subject to a $25.00 change fee plus any fees charged by the travel supplier.

NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES:
Refunds or allowances will not be made for accommodations, tee times, services or other portions of the trip, which are unused on or, after the date golf package travel begins.
