Designed by Joe Lee and built in 1975, the Indian Mound Course showcases the island's pristine woodlands and Lee's signature fairway bunkers placed in precarious spots. It is the shortest of Jekyll Island's three 18-hole layouts, yet its demanding par 3s and deceptively tough par 5s make it play harder than the scorecard suggests.
