Opened in 1897 in Monterey, Del Monte Golf Course is the oldest course in continuous operation west of the Mississippi. This old-school layout is defined by small, sloping greens and classic charm, and it served as the birthplace of the California State Amateur, hosting the inaugural event in 1912.
